Helicon 3D Viewer is able to export model rotation in several video formats. To use these video formats you need to have appropriate codecs installed. Please see sections below describing installation process.

QuickTime video (Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QuickTime)

Helicon 3D Viewer does not require any QuickTime components for saving video files in this format. But you need to have QuickTime player installed to be able to view such files.

You can install free version of QuickTime Player from Apple Inc.:

AVI files - XviD codec (Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xvid)

XviD is very efficient free codec. You can download and install together with other codecs in K-Lite codec pack:

AVI files - DivX codec (Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DivX)

DivX is very efficient codec. Free version has resolution limit of 720 pixels. More information can be found at http://www.divx.com/

AVI files - Windows Media Video 9 codec (WMV3, Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Media_Video)

WMV3 codec produces files several times bigger than those made with XviD or DivX. WMV3 codec comes with Windows installation. This codec may not be appropriate for resolutions higher than 512x586.
