To view stereo pairs you need to train your eyes or to purchase special glasses. More information about stereo viewing:

You need to have special glasses to view anaglyphs. They are cheap, portable, appropriate for all image sizes and can be used for group viewing. We recommend you to use red-cyan glasses as they are widely used and offer good color rendition.
