I sent in emails from Helicon Remote. Able to connect via Canon Connect and operate shutter remotely, look at images on the camera remotely --- but Helicon Remote locks up and then I send an email describing the error.
What is the fix?

Thanks for submitting the report. This is a difficult case, I can't offer any immediate solution. You've discovered a critical bug in the app that makes the app crash; this issue is of the kind that's the most difficult to figure out; and it never happened during our testing so far. But your report provides some hints that we will analyze and see what we can do.
