Bug report 5.0.15 (sorry <g>)

Hi,

When zooming in to select a single square/pixel as the area to be cloned, the little green dot, instead of staying within the square, snaps to the junction of FOUR squares making it impossible to accurately clone.

Also, a bug reported in the last version has not been fixed, screen shot attached.
