Can someone clarify the advantages, if any, of using the Pro x64 version of Helicon Focus on a Mac (OSX 10.6.3, 2.66 intel core duo)? The website mentions only overcoming limitations of 32-bit Windows. I like the idea of better performance, I'd like a clearer idea of what I would gain by spending the extra $$$
Thanks,
Mike Caterino

Mike,
X64 version allows to run program in 64 bit mode which allows to process larger files. You will need this if you process images of 40 megapixels or more. 64 bit application should also be faster. You can test it while you are in trial mode.
