The license allows you to activate the program on 4 computers (office, home, laptop) but only one copy of the program may be used at the same time.

I have Helicon filter activated in a PC . It is still working and and has been reformatted with no Helicon filter installed after the format.
How can I deactivate HF from that PC?

There is no way to deactivate HF from that PC. You can download and install the latest release of Helicon Filter:
http://www.heliconsoft.com/filter_downloads.html

Then please open Helicon Filter menu->Help->Online registration..., and enter your activation code.

Thanks for the reply.
As I do not intend to install & use Helicon Filter on that PC anymore ( I have purchased a new & more powerful PC), have I lost one activation? (3 left instead of 4)

Please do not worry about hardware updates, we will send you new keys without any limitations.
