Trying out Helicon for the first few times on some flower makro shots (latest 6.7.2 on macOS 10.13.2).
Noticing that Method C gives better (sharper, no blurry parts) results as adviced with interleaved image details like seen on flowers. But I also notice that Method C gives an output file with less contrast and saturation than method A and B. Is that to be expected?
Also, method C seem to roughly replace blurry edges from method B with sharp but darkened "shadow". Actually "shadow" color/contrast seem true to input, but the rest is lighter and lacking contrast.
Try and see attached screenshots and see if you get what I mean.
Would love if this issue with method C could be solved. Would make the product very attractive to me.
Best regards
Henrik

Re: Method C (pyramid) weak in contrast
Yes, method C may change brightness and contrast of some areas. Could you please upload original stack (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/) so we can analyze it more closely?
