Sigma Quattro X3F

Unread postby jasons » 19.08.2015 02:12

Hello,

I am new to your software and am currently using the trail version. I have one question when it comes to the Sigma DP2 Quattro files. I use the Embedded RAW converter to open the files for editing as no other option will open them. Is this actually editing the raw file data or is it opening the embedded JPEG. I notice that it does not show any information in the colour depth/colour profile and the file type is bmp compressed. I know that there is no support for the Sigma X3F files other than the Sigma provided software so just wondering how you do it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Jason

Which program do you mean Helicon Filter or Helicon Focus?
We need to test your files in our environment. Can you please upload them to our ftp server as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/

Thanks for your sample. We have no idea when it will be fixed because the problem is not with our application, it's with the 3rd-party libraries we use. So it's not up to us to fix it.
