On one of our computers Helicon Remote wouldn't start. The computer runs Windows 8. After just installing it and trying to run, it said that it didn't start properly the first time (although this was the first time) and displayed a window suggesting to report the failure to the company. Since we were in a hurry, we pressed cancel and tried to start it again. It didn't. Just nothing happened. And that's how it is now. You click on the icon and nothing happens.
What video adapter does this computer have? If you don't know - run dxdiag tool (press Windows + R, enter dxdiag, press Enter), press the "Save all information" button, select a location for a text file to be saved and attach the file to a message.
