Possibility controling camera via TWAIN by Helicon Remote is needed.

Why would you want such a thing? What problem are you trying to solve?
For one, TWAIN is an old API for scanners etc., it's not meant for controlling modern digital cameras the way Helicon Remote does.

Many cameras for microscopes has the Twain driver. The peoples use different software quality to downloading pictures. There is a problem with downloading images from these cameras with optimal software. It's not about control of the camera but to set the exposure and download images to HF.

Helicon Remote only works with cameras that support a certain set of features. There must be other software for your task, better suited for it.
