Hi-brand new. I want to photograph marbles (yes, little glass spheres) using Focus and Remote with my 60D and MP-E 65 mounted on a Stackshot rail mounted on a copy stand. Why? Because I have a LOT of marbles to shoot and I want to easily replicate shooting setups for various size marbles of similar transparency and color values in a studio permanently set-up specifically for this application.
My question is: where do I find applicable tutorials relevant to my situation? I'm hoping I can get pointed in the right direction and avoid having to wade through the entire archives without knowing in which direction to go.
Thanks, in advance, for any help with this!

Welcome to the club Please have a look at tutorials here: http://www.heliconsoft.com/tutorials/
I think shooting marbles may have some specifics such as glare. Consider sharing your experience in forum or as a illustrated tutorial.
