Color Shift

Post by f_jones3 »

I am a new user of Helicon Focus.
I shot a stack of a lemon.
I rendered the stack and the image looked good to me.
I saved the image, and the lemon in the resulting photo is blue instead of yellow.
Can someone tell me what I have don incorrectly?

Hello Jones,

We receive this kind of report for the first time! Please send us one of source files, resulting file and tell us which version of Helicon Focus you are using (Win/Mac, 4x or 5x or 6x).

I am using version 6.0.0 Helicon Focus, on a mac os 10.6.8
I deleted my lemon stack, but I am sending a watch I rendered, with a similar issue.
The second hand and ticks on the bezel should be blue, but after I save the image they are red.
I discovered this happens when I save as jpeg file. When I save as tiff, color is correct.

Hi,
I have just installed Helicon Focus and Remote and possible have suffered the same fate. My first stack is 24 RAW files (canon). When I saw the final rendered photo there is a colour shift from yellow to blue when I save a jpg file. Also when I save a TIFF there is a much more subtle colour shift.
Please advise.
Thanks
Mark
