I'm looking to take my macro photography into outside and in the field. I have helicon pro edition so wondered what others recommend by way of a tablet device (Galaxy tabs have expandable SD slots) or would it be best to go laptop. Screen glare on the table is also an issue and advice or recommends would be helpful. Thanks in advance :D

I use a laptop along with a collapsible chair that has a swing-out platform to rest it on. I also use a long connector so I can sit some distance from the camera. That way I can often find shade for the screen, or at least a better angle. If all else fails a sheet to drape over me and the laptop stops the glare.

Hi, I am using the Stackshot with a Sony alpha 6300. It works fine but I had to order a USB cable separately connecting the camera to the controller. You may be able to make this cable yourself.

Also I make a field kit with a rechargeable battery that powers the Stackshot.
