Not compensating magnification from focusing

I am trying to stack 3 product images, shot on a prime lens so some natural magnification is apparent where the item has been focussed and the focal plane has chanced

When I stack not all of the stacks are processing correctly, a lot aren't auto adjusting the magnification and therefore the edge of the product is blured and duplicated in places? Any advise on settings greatly appreicated.

I have tried will different methods and Radius and Smoothing but generally find Method B works fine normally?

Please upload your stack to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/) and we will see what is happening.
If you are user of GoogleDrive, DropBox, OneDrive or other cloud service, you can upload your files there and send us a link.

Hi Stas,
I am interested what has finally transpired after examining the images.
Can you post your findings and possible remedies? Thanks.

The main recommendation would be to download and install the latest version of Helicon Focus from http://www.heliconsoft.com/software-downloads/, a lot of bugs has been fixed since the first topic post date.
