Here is my second try, this time a 4x close-up of a water boatman. The problems I had here were first, some softness along the bottom where there should have been more hair detail, and second some softness in the lower third of the face. There was one image where this was very sharp, so I tried to use an opacity map, but that made the rest of the image go soft. I have not been able to figure the opacity maps out.

Please make white only the focused part of opacity map, not the whole map.
