resolution of saved file

Unread postby steganos » 22.11.2011 04:13

Hi all, I have a problem with the resolution of the saved file. I use a Nikon D90 and even if the photos are loaded 12MP ie 4288x2848, and even if preview of the final result confirms the result, when I save the image resolution down to 2453x1629. I tried with different versions of helicon focus, and I tried using both nef files and TIF, but the result is the same. How can I fix this?
Thanks to all

Most probably you have unregistered version of Helicon Focus. After trial period is over, the resulting image is downsized to 4Mpixels. Full (or trial) version processes and saves images in full resolution of course.

Please open Help\About dialog and see if the program is in trial mode. If the trial is over for some reasons we can issue a temporary license so that you can evaluate the program.

Trial period may be over if you installed our program earlier.
