Taken with a Canon 20d camera with the Canon mpe65mm macro lens. Magnification is estimated to be about 3.25x. Twenty four images to the composite. Natural lighting.

Oops, please forgive the miscues of a first-time poster. I inadvertantly forgot to attach the image and messed up on my screen name.

Cactus flower taken at my greenhouse with a Canon 20d camera with the Canon mpe65mm macro lens. Magnification is estimated to be about 3.25x. Twenty four images to the composite. Natural lighting from the side makes the pollen grains glisten.

What I like the most is the blurred background :)) Helicon Focus users often can't stop and create _infinite_ depth of field. Nice flower:)
