I am trying your Helicon Focus trial version and I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I have shot 12 frames and then I load them into to program and select run and then in the bottom pane of the screen I start getting the photos but they are rotated and leaving a ghost image behind. What am I doing wrong?

I think, you downloaded a cracked version of the program. Please download and install the latest release of Helicon Focus:
