Newbe question.

Unread postby Shayne » 15.09.2014 03:23

I just uploaded my free trail and it was suppose to have remote together but I don't see it. That's the first thing. Also I uploaded some pics and made a picture but it did not line up exactly so I thought no big deal I will just make some adjustments but I can not find instructions for this software anywhere. Is there an online manual or something other than the three videos that they have on the site. I'm really excited about studying and perfecting my macro photography so I need software that user friendly. I hope there is more help out there for explaining how this works. If not I won't end up buying it. Thanks for your help.

Helicon Remote is a standalone program, you can download its installation from the same Download page:
http://www.heliconsoft.com/software-downloads/

Here is the link to Online help : http://www.heliconsoft.com/helicon-remote-help-online/

You have local copy also, just go to Helicon Focus main menu\Help

As to misaligned stack, you are welcome to upload it to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/) and we will check it.
