I have tried shooting in a lot of conditions but I can't get rid of the blurring around bright parts of my photo. Any help would be appreciated.

This is optical effect and stacking is not able to change this. Blurred foreground masks background behind it. We can only suggest to set smaller aperture to minimize this effect.

The best results are when the image is simply out of focus because the camera focused on the wrong object or something similar.
