Hi support,
When shooting from a camera with the mode Live View turned on, the mirror does not go down. And when shooting a series in the program with the included mode Live View, the mirror also does not go down?

It depends on the camera and the application settings. With Canon cameras, the mirror will stay up by default, but you can force it to go down through changing Preferences -> Shooting ->
"Activate live view when taking a shot" to "No".

With most Nikon cameras the mirror will go down. Only with D800/D810/D850/D4/D5 it will not (and maybe D610, not sure).
