The Helicon Focus Help says to focus the lens at infinity. I am shooting with a Macro lens and often use a bellows. Why do you recommend focusing at infinity as opposed to the closest focus setting?

This was written for microscopic work. If you focus with the macro lens you should focus on the object itself of course.
