Scratch removal tool

How about adding a "scratch removal tool" thingy ?

we are working now on retouching functions, such as clone brush or blur brush. If you have specific sugggestions or ideas - you are welcome

Paint Shop Pro 9 has a good scratch removal tool,
I think it works like a combination between a clone and blur brush.

When you drag the tool on to the image/photo
it looks something like this (execpt the numbers)

The middle part (1) is put over the scratch
then the upper (2) and lower (3) clone and (maybe) blur the things
under it's parts onto the middle part (1).

This would be really nive in order to remove some undesire things like dust on the sensor, various undesired artifact
