Easy Switch from Photoshop

Unread postby Ariel » 19.11.2006 19:14

I was thinking that some people who are used to Photoshop (or other programs, for that matter) might be a little confused when first seeing Helicon Filter. If you could make a help window which looks like Photoshop (or other programs) with all the menus and buttons and things, people would be able to interactively access menus and buttons and click them, and then a window saying how to do that in Filter would come up.

Interesting idea. I planned to make shortcuts and menu structure more similar to Photoshop.

I hope you mean just as a help file, because Photoshop's system is confusing.

I have an idea. Make two interfaces for Helicon. "Workflow" and "Workshop".

Workshop: show only one filter at a time? and apply it to the whole image?

I mean the workshop would look kind of like photoshop, and people can choose to use that interface or the standard with tabs.
