Larger brighness equalizer

Unread postby trondeh » 10.04.2005 22:28

It would be great to have better control of the curves functionality if the brightness equalizer could be resized such as the saturation equalizer. As it is now, the control is much to small to have good controls.

I am not sure what (mm) that indicates, but I can argue for this. In Photoshop I use a plug-in from www.curvemeister.com, an excellent product btw, however, it is absolutely awesome to have a large curve control to make the finer adjustments to increase shadow detail, or tweak the highlight tones. As you have done this for the saturation equalizer, why not the same for brightness? I can really not see the argument for saying mm ;-), unless that is the same as "yes I agree".....

Well, we will try to implement this. My opinion is that equalizer is big enough. For me at least. But if someone wants to make it bigger - why not?

My only concern is that the equalizer is positioned properly by default. I do not like when equalizer is placed somewhere in the middle of the image.
