More speed while decoding RAWs

Unread postby bricecom » 17.12.2007 17:59

Hi Dan, hi everybody

I tried many RAW converters, including demo of Lightroom, and definitely, I found Helicon Filter being the greatest of all.

A little complain though. I'm the owner of a 40D since a few days, and HF takes a looooong time to open my RAWs. Far far away from the speed of Lightroom or RAW Therapee. It's not very disturbing when you process a few RAWs, but with a folder filled with 4 Go of RAWs, it's a great waste of time, waiting in front of the PC.

Can you explore why does it take so much time ?

Thanks a lot for your software and your relationship with your customers from all over the world ;-)
