.mov and .mp4 not scanning

HPS Version 4.82 - 23 January release.
Win10 Pro 64 bit / 16Gb RAM
AMD R7 360 2Gb


Everything works fine with the exception that .MOV and .MP4 video files do not scan and show thumbnails.
.AVI are fine.

.MOV and MP4 thumbs are fine in Windows Explorer and other apps (such as Bridge) - just not HPS.

I've updated video drivers.

Any ideas?

Yes, we know about this issue in Helicon Photo Safe 4.82. Please use Helicon Photo Safe Pro 5.10.

I have removed 4.82 free version and installed 5.1 Pro (Trial)

The same thing happens. .MOV and .MP4 do not scan or build thumbnails.

We cannot reproduce this error in our environment. Try to delete your database and then rescan the folders once more.

Yes, I have already tried this with both the free and the Pro versions. No change, only .AVI are scanned.
I have no problems with any other application.
I will use Adobe Bridge, which is a shame because HPS is much faster.
