file spllib.dll is being reported as a trojan in SuperAntiSpyware

As stated above, the spyware scanner SuperAntiSpyware is reporting the file spllib.dll as a Trojan/ Bad Joke and every time I run the antispyware program it keeps removing that file. Then Helicon Filter won't run. I have been using Helicon for many years. I am currently using an older version 4.93 but I have also noted that newer versions of Helicon also use that file. I use Windows 10 32 bit. I am a pro user. I am always concerned about spyware and especially trojans. I

1. I am pretty sure it is false alarm. Most of antiviruses do not find any malware in this dll:

2. Helicon Filter 4.93 is outdated version and we do not support it anymore. Please download and install the latest release of Helicon Filter:
