"No Disk in Drive Error" when deleting File

Unread postby jpmccormac » 19.06.2010 20:54

When running ver. 5.0.9 and trying to delete a file or change to a different folder, I get this error message:
Image
If I click "Continue" button about 10 times the message finally disappears.
I am running HF on a new Win 7 64 bit PC. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

Update:
When I try to Restart Windows 7, Win 7 states: "This program [HF] is preventing Windows from shutting down." I then get must choose "Force Restart" to reboot the PC.

John,

We were able to reproduce this bug. It appears when the disk is not ready, for example a card reader without a card. This will be fixed in the new version.
