Trouble downloading purchase

I can't download or register my purchase. The first time I did the downloaded it gave me a "free trial for 30 days" when I tried to put in my activation code it refused it so I un-installed it and tried again a few times. Everytime I run it and it downloads I get the following message.

Windows has found a problem with this file.

Name Heliconfocus.exe

Publisher- Unknown Publisher

This file was blocked because it does not have a valid
digital signature that verifies it's publisher.

It then cancels the download


I have tried e-mail the support desk with my problem but it asks me for my workstation ID which I can't get (maybe I am wrong) because the download has not completed. Can you please help me or forward this e-mail to someone who can.

All files on this page http://www.heliconsoft.com/downloads.html are signed. Try to download again.

We have several hundreds downloads each day, so most probably it is a problem with your provider.
