cannot get all photos in helicon..

when i download photo from my camera to the computer..i will get 600 photos in my picture file and when i use helicon filter i click the photos file from my computer ..helicon can only get 300 photos instead 600..is that a bug??? can it be fix..i have paid this software full version

Maybe you have both raw and jpeg files in the same folder and Helicon Filter sees only JPEGs? If this is true, what kind of RAW files do you have? Anyway we are preparing new version now which should not have such a problem, I hope to release it after new year.

No i am not using RAW just JPEG photos

when are you going to release new version.. i have pay this software and love this program.. please hope is no too long..i have just finished the wedding and they are waiting for the photo!!
