Problem with batch-processing

Unread postby Michael G » 09.03.2009 23:23

Hi,

I have a problem with the batch processing module:
When ever I try to start a process for a queue I get one of more of the following errors:
P1010171.JPG [noise=0, correction=-90%] > error: cannot load this file or it is too small
P1010328.JPG [noise=1] > unknown error: cannot save resulting file ""

The interesting thing is, that the files mentioned above are there. The files seem to be processed, but not saved.

My configuration is:
* Windows XP SP 3
* Helicon Filter V4.92
* Several previous versions of Helicon Filter were installed, but no version fixed the problem.

Michael.

Michael,

I suspect that the program fails to process the file and this error does not allow next actions. I think it depends on the source image and processing settings. I would appreciate if you upload the file to our server (http://heliconsoft.com/ftp.html) so we can pinpoint the bug.

Please have a look at the title of the program. It shows your license and registration status. Batch option is avalable during trial period and if you have Pro or X64 license of Helicon Focus.
