I am using a Sony Alpha-100 and have recently noticed Helicon Filter's conversion tends to overexpose some of the lighter areas of my photos. I am attaching a jpg file to demonstrate the problem. One side is converted using Sony's image converter and the other with Helicon Filter 4.90. No adjustments or filters were applied to either conversion. Thanks for any solutions. Cheers... Brian

I was using the Adobe RAW/DNG Converter with Adobe RGB color space.
I switched to Embedded RAW Converter, unchecked the Adjust Contrast and Use Camera White Balance boxes, and I now get something with all of the detail of the Sony converter.
Thanks for the tip!!!
