Hello,

I am a frequent user of Helicon Remote and recently updated the software to 3.9.5 on my Mac running macOS 10.12.6 to try and get my new WeMacro rail working with the software. However, the app is running brutally slow. I cannot click on anything within the app without the Apple spinning wheel showing up and the app will not close without a force quit. Further, I cannot tell if the rail or camera are being recognized by the software. I tried to submit a bug report within the app but I am almost positive it did not go through. Is anyone having issues with the new version of Remote? Any help would be incredible!

We've received your bug report. There's nothing in the program log to hint at the source of the problem, but from the sound of it, it's most likely not a programming on our part but something going wrong in the macOS internals.
Does Helicon Remote run slowly when Wemacro is not connected?
What if the camera is not connected?
