Hello,
Helicon Remote does not find the camera? (Kamera ist nicht verbunden)? OTG Adapter, Kabel, App startet, Camera on, but no connecting?
Where is my fault?

Re: Canon 5 D Mark III and 7 D Mark II
I have seen this Info, but I installed the App on my PC (Notebook) and it works, I take a USB-HUB, both cameras, connect with cabel and my PC regognize both cameras. So I think, the cables and OTG-Adapter are ok.

I'm assuming the problem occurs on Android (you didn't clarify that).
1. The PC does not need a USB OTG adapter, but Android requires it.
2. It could be that your Android device simply doesn't support USB OTG. If you carefully follow the instructions from the FAQ, and run the app linked there, you'll find out exactly what the problem is.
