For reasons I do not grasp I get the the following error message: "failed to save image: failed to move file to final destination".

Any tips? Anyone had the same problem. I tried changing the save file name template in preferences.

I am using a mac running os 10.12.6

Can't say for sure, but this is probably not a problem with the software itself. For example, you could see this error if the program does not have write access to the location where you want to save the image. Or there's not enough free space. Bottom line: try another storage location when saving the result.

P. S. We've added more detailed error logging so that these kinds of issues will be easier to troubleshoot in the future.
