I have a Nikon D850 and one of my lenses is a Tamron 180 mm macro lens. Will the helicon remote work with this Tamron lens?

Helicon Remote has many functions, most of which are independent from the lens. If you're asking whether focus bracketing will work, it should as long as it's an AF lens. Why won't you download the application and try it out? It's free.
