Connecting canon 7d Mark II to helicon remote

]i have the helicon app on my I phone 6 and am trying to connect to my phone so I can use the stacking feature. When I tether to my phone my live view goes to laptop and takes me to the photos. I can't access the menu or anything when it's like this. Any suggestions

Did you connect the camera with a USB cable? Only Wi-Fi connection works on iPhone.

Try various troubleshooting ideas to fix this issue such as:
Restart your phone
Restart your camera
Install the application of new, updated and latest version
Install new firmware in your camera.
Make sure the camera should be compatible with app.
