JPEG Copy to Computer Buggy on Android phone

Sometimes the "JPEG Copy to Computer" doesn't work properly. It doesn't save the image to my camera's SD card (it always transfers to my phone flawlessly though).

I don't think it's my camera as it saves the images to SD card all the time when I don't use Helicon.

Could it be a poor quality OTG cable? Or is this a known app bug?

It's not a known bug. Can you reproduce it more or less reliably? To fix it, we need a bug report (menu -> Feedback -> Report a bug) immediately after it occurs.

Yes I can produce it quite reliably. I'll report the bug the next time I use Helicon.
