Android S3 cell issue

I am trying to use my Android S3 type cell which I had .
The Android S3 cell works with remote using cables to Canon 5DMK3 When shooting .jpg files pictures, Android S3 stores them on phone but the S3 phone does not recognize stored photos when shooting canon's Raw.cr2 files.

Pictures Raw are in a folder on Android phone can not recognize Canon RAW file. Android software from Samsung does connect to camera to get pictures out of phone but can not find the .cr2 RAW files "Dilemma"

All works fine when shooting in .jpg but not RAW .cr2
The S3 android cell phone stores pictures on phone and things would work fine if the card in camera would store files instead of phone.
Any suggestions how to change where files are stored on S3 Android phone and change it to card in camera

Helicon Remote settings -> Saving -> RAW / JPEG saving mode -> Leave in the camera.
