Focus Stacking

Just got Helicon remote, and for focus stacking the menu in tools keeps talking about pulling to my tablet or smartphone into a named folder. I shoot Raw, and would rather the shots stay on my camera's SD card which has more capacity. If I choose leave on Camera in the tools menu for all shots, will this ensure my focus stacks stay on camera?

Choosing 'Leave on camera' under the Preferences/Image saving option will leave everything on your SD card.
