Wireless Connection ??

Dear Stas,
Is it possible to connect Helicon Remote to a Canon 7D MkII wirelessly ?? It would be so useful (to me at least) to be able to use remote in this fashion but I think it may be necessary to have additional hardware to set up a very local network between the camera and the device running Remote.
I have been looking (ie. yesterday) at the CamRanger device which allows for this functionality and wondered whether Helicon Remote would either provide such functionality or could be used with CamRanger to allow wireless connection - this would be wonderful as it would enable many more photo opportunities out in the field (wildlife photography subjects) than the current tethered methodology.
