Helicon remote hung up at the end of the shooting

Nikon D700, Windows 7 32.
Very often Helicon remote hungs up at the end of the shooting (advancement bar stops at 100%).
You have to disconnect and reconnect the camera to proceed.
Images are all correctly saved on the disk.
