Helicon Remote show 'camera not connected'

hello,
Helicon Remote show 'camera not connected'.

Jiayu G2F, Nikon D5100 connected via USB OTG.
USB flash drive and mouse can be used.

After connecting USB OTG camera LCD turns off Live View.

Helicon Remote on WIndows-7 works

please help

the connection is now available. :)

USB host check, fix and restart Smartphone had helped.

But the reaction is very, very slow. :(

Please connect the camera, confirm that the reaction is slow and send a bug report (menu -> Feedback -> Report a bug).

Looks like we've missed the report (either didn't get it, or there wasn't any meaningful comment supplied). What e-mail did you specify when sending that report?

Hello,
I have sent two times the bug report in the app.
The sender is nando-hiller if you find it.

I wrote just an email with log.txt attached.

I'm testing next with an other OTG cable.

Wait, you did it manually? There's a tool for that: menu -> Feedback -> Report a bug. Did you send to support@heliconsoft.com? I'll look there, that's the wrong address. Explains why we couldn't find the report.

Edit: OK, found the report. There were USB communication errors. Either there's a loose contact somewhere in the USB connectors (don't touch the cables / connectors while you're working with Remote and camera is turned on), or it's a faulty cable (unlikely but possible). I suppose it might also be an Android glitch, in which case rebooting the phone may or may not help.
