I am using Helicon Remote in burst shooting mode which works fine but there seems to be a problem with the automatic file naming. The setting in preferences under "image saving" is img_[file counter] which should result in img_001.jpg, img_002.jpg, etc. What I get is: img_1_1.jpg, img_1_2.jpg, img_1_3.jpg, ..., img_1_14, img_1_15.jpg (the number in the middle increases with each stack and appears to be the stack counter).
When opening the files in Helicon Focus the automatic sort order is not sequential because the counter has only one digit, resulting in picture 10 placed before picture 2:
img_1_1.jpg
img_1_10.jpg
img_1_11.jpg
img_1_12.jpg
...
img_1_14.jpg
img_1_15.jpg
img_1_2.jpg
...
I tried to change the prefernces but so far without success.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Stefan

Re: Problem with automatic file naming
This is a bug in Helicon Focus (wrong sorting method), but we can't reproduce it in Focus 6, the order is as it should be and not as you're describing. Make sure you use the latest version of Helicon Focus 6.
This particular naming behavior (burst shots) cannot be overriden via Helicon Remote settings.
