Is this unique for each lens, or would all lenses of the same type use the same correction factor? So, if I have a Nikon 105 macro lens, would all of them be the same? If yes, then maybe we could set up a list of the correction factor for most of the common lenses as a service to other users.

It is unique for the lens model, and might be unique for the lens model - body model combination. Yes, such a list would be quite useful and can be integrated into the program. Please share your correction factor value(s).
