Registration / License - not valid after 12 months

Hi,

I posted an issue earlier, however it appears the issue is related to the license/registration. It has just been 12 months since I purchased Helicon Remote - to the day - and it has stopped working and appears to be in an unregistered mode. In fact at times it prompts to say it is unregistered and do I want to purchase a registration. If I enter my registration code I can continue for a while like it is registered, however Helicon Remote fails after several images. Whats happening?
