Hey there,
my Samsung Galaxy S4 w/ Android 4.2.2 won't let Helicon Remote run.
The App starts when I connect my Canon EOS 550D via Samsung USB OTG cable, but then there's a "Prevention Information" message popping up - some system message.
Seems there is some strange security mechanism built into Samsungs ROM and it doesn't like Helicon Remote...
... yet?
Cheers!
Medon

No idea what's that. Are you sure it's a built-in feature and not a 3rd-party app you've installed?

Hi... that's the samsung knox that introduced this problem... https://www.samsungknox.com/overview/app-developers
Here is the link for the developer to contact samsung and try to fix this. Knox is going to be included on some samsun devices so the problem will not stop only around galaxy s4

Thank you, we're looking into it.

Hello, Stas
I can't install HR on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. The program does not exist in the playstore when connected from the tablet. I just paid for the license, do you have any comments?
Regards,
Victor

This tablet doesn't support USB host (as explained by this comment: http://www.heliconsoft.com/forum/viewto ... 244#p17056).
