Low battery Indicator with Canon 1d Mark III

I have been trying Helicon Remote with my two cameras - Canon 5d Mark II and 1d Mark III. The 1d Mark III shows a full battery on the camera indicator, but shows 0% on the Helicon Remote screen (upper right corner). I have other concerns, but I need to play with the program to make sure I am not doing something wrong. I will address those concerns at a later date. Right now my concern is the battery indicator for the 1d Mark III.

Please send us a log file (Helicon Remote menu \ Help \ Report a bug). This will give us more information why battery info is not interpreted correctly.

Hi, I'm having same problem with Canon 1Ds MK111. I get it even when I'm on mains power. I will send a log file tonight. The best stacking software on the market by a long way, looking forward to using remote!
