I have purchased the lite version and like to run the remote feature. How do i go about upgrading the lite to pro without buying the pro again?

I have purchased the remote , and it still doesnt work. It takes one shot, and freezes. I have to take the shots manualy. Does anyone know any good tutorial on how to use this remote SW? Maybe im doing something wrong here, or my camera is faulty. Frustrating to say the least.

If you camera is freesing this is definitely a bug with the program. Nikon and Canon provide SDK for their cameras but it is not properly documented so making it actually work with all cameras is quite tricky. Please Report a bug from Helicon Remote\Help. The program will send us a log file which may help.

I revert to taking shots manually, and focusing by using the bracketing arrows. Its not perfect, but i suppose i dont have the alternative at the moment.

Please make a test shooting and Report a bug with your commenst. That is the fastest way to solve this bug.
